Rebels use Papyrus

The Rebel House Restaurant. Never been there before, but I have been to their website and ho-ly shiat. They have adorned it entirely in Papyrus. And I'm not just talking about the ethnic food section of the menu - the WHOLE thing is set in Pap. But Rebel House didn't just stop there, they decided to have a customized map (even the zoom controls are in Papyrus) and a "Mini Game" (totally in Papyrus). In all honesty these pictures don't do this site justice. You really have to visit the site yourself to see what Papyrus immersion feels like. Go there now

Make it out to P-A-P-Y-R-U-S

Not sure why this cheque was set in Papyrus. I guess Mazda Canada or the drummer from the Bare Naked Ladies (guy on the left?) thought it looked hand-written. Who knows?

Opera Ma-Ge-ic

Calgary Airport.

Classiest airport around.

Papyrus is Egyptian...and gay

College Humour makes their second Font-themed comedy sketch. Not even worth the watch - but it did pay homage to Papyrus....in the form of a middle age white man dressed up as a homosexual Egyptian. Priceless once again.

Papyrus Scorchfest

Just when you thought you'd used Papyrus for everything you could think of, you're asked to create a guitar-scorching, face-melting sidebar ad. And you think to yourself "What font do I use if I only have 2 minutes to make it look like it's on FIRE?"
Oh, and you didn't have time to google "heavy metal guitar images" so instead you just used a picture of your great uncle's ol' big bopper Gretsch. A guitar is a guitar, right? Who cares??
